RESOURCES, VOLUNTEERS
VOLUNTEER AT THE FESTIVAL
Volunteers play an essential role in The Festival! Without you, we wouldn’t be able to provide the level of excellence in this Festival event. There are a variety of jobs to choose from, and you can volunteer by yourself or with a group of friends. Whatever area you prefer, there’s a place for you!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
- Information/Registration Booth
- Event Clean-Up
- Ushers and greeters
- Alter Call Workers
- Parking assistance
- Cultural Activities
- Safety & Security
- Medical booth workers
- Children’s Ministers
- Photographers and Videographers
- Technical assistance (sound, light, electricity)
- Festival Set-Up/Tear-Down
IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION:
- You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer.
- If you are unable to fulfill your shift, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give another volunteer the opportunity to serve.
- Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, keeping in mind that this is an outdoor event that will take place rain or shine. Come prepared for the weather!
- Any personal items you bring are your responsibility and must be carried with you during your shift.
EVENT MANAGEMENT TEAM
We invite those interested in leadership opportunities to join the Event Management Team.
Individuals in The Festival Event Management Team will work closely with the Event staff, and will be responsible for overseeing specific areas during The Festival.
